In cooking pan pour 1Ltr milk. Add 2-3 table spoon milk powder. Stir well for 2-5minutes and bring to boil. Add 1 packet of Mehran Badam Kheer Mix and cook on medium flame for further 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring frequently till Badam Kheer thickens and then remove. Garnish with Almond, keep in Refrigerator to cool and serve Mehran Badam Kheer. |

Recipe of Jelly: Boil 1 cup (200 ml) of water in a saucepan. Pour the Jelly Sachet into boiling water, stir till dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mould and allow it to cool at room temperature and then put it in refrigerator. Add and mix contents of Mehran Doodh Dulari Mix in nearing to boil milk while stirring continuously. Now cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat to make it thick. Remove edges from bread slices and cut into two triangular pieces. In frying pan, add oil and fry slices from both sides till color changes to golden brown. In hot 1 litre milk, add Mehran Shahi Tukra Mix and with periodic stirring cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame till desired consistency achieved.
